mystery case
mysteries have been happening to me in school these few days.some wrote with a black marker in my english text book "claire". on my file, 'l love u' was written, also with the same black marker. another of my friend, kai ying, also had the same fate. someone scribbled on her english worksheet with the symbol "love".a good pal of mine said that it was from the ghost. i came back home and told my mum. she said it was some naughty kids (likely to be boys) doing it.mum asked me to try to solve the mystery with my friend, kai ying. she told me to watch out for those boys in my group, who try to get near to my things. she also encouraged me to inform teacher when any of such things happened. mum said that some boys may be all out to get the girls' attention.also, 3 boys in the class lost some money. this is really getting mysterious. who is the real culprit of the acts? i hope to give you an answer in few days' time. so check into my blog for any new update.

points redemption
mum set up a point system for me. if i perform well for my revision test papers, i will have a sticker which gives me the privilege to buy a present worth $2.
so far, i have done well for 3 test papers (over 96) so i have accumulated $6 in total.
today, i spent about $3- on hairband, firework and willy wonka candies.
i like this reward system because it encourages me to work harder.
today, i also did a compre passage about a girl who dreamt of becoming a famous pianist. at first, she did not play well. but with hard work and determination, she became someone popular. what i learn from her is never to give up.

bad words?
yesterday, 3 of my classmates used the words 'sucks' and 'fucks'. i kind of know the meaning of the 1st word but not the 2nd word.
i came back and asked joy. joy said she was not sure of the meaning of the 2nd word. so i asked mum. mum told me to stay away from this word, because it is bad, and it has the meaning of molest and only perverts use it.
maybe i'll with daddy when he is back from his trip next week. by the way, i miss him. wonder what he will buy for me this time round.

tattoo imprint
i had a tattoo on the 1st day of cny.
it was on my right arm for 2 weeks. gosh, guess what happened? when i removed it yesterday, i almost freaked out. the butterfly/ flower tattoo mark was imprinted on my skin.
i felt a little sad at first because it made my skin rough.
but today, my mum told me that in fact, everyone else in my family has a 'tattoo'....
dad has a 'scorpion' scar on his thigh because he had many stitches done when he hurt his leg when young.
as for mum, she has another 'small scorpion' scar on her right foot. gong gong as the cause of it all. when mum was young, gong gong accidentally dropped a glass on the floor and mum escaped in fright. she ended up stepping on the glass pieces and that was the story behind her cut.
what about joy? well, joy has a 'caterpillar' scar at the bottom of her chin. she fell in p1 and bled profusely.
now, here i am, joining the family of scars. sounds scary, right?
but do you think it is cool? i learn to accept my scar and think it is unique and special. i'll show u when there is a chance.

a fun sunday
today, joy's 3 friends came to our place to do literature project - to kill a mockingbird. they are ziyan, vanessa and ivy.
we were in the room discussing with me also taking a part (because a 4th project member, humin was sick). we rehearsed the sketch and i played the role of the white girl, mayella ewell. she is a cunning white girl who accused the black nigger of rape. the whole group had to 'ng' eighteen times because we were new at the performance. it was really funny with joy as the narrator.
mum prepared delicious snacks for us. we had curry puffs, seaweed chicken and popcorn chicken. ziyan, as usual (our regular visitor), finished off the last piece of chicken. i also shared my cadbury chocolates generously!
joy's friends are sort of funny and i clique with them well. one girl, vanessa, could do a nice bridge action (while i'm still learning in my chinese dance cca).
we had a whale of a time.

today i changed my blogskin with my sister's help
she specially stayed up at night juz 2 help me make my blog
i look forward 2 chinese new year bcos there are lots of goodies to it
and im waiting for my money! :D
my 1st day's outfit is a bubble denim shorts and a bare-back sleeveless hoodie and wif some glitter buttons
as it is late,i gotta go 2 sleep now...
